Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you've had a lovely time filled with happiness and fun times. 

I adore Christmas, it's the one time I can totally sit back and relax with my family, eat, drink and be merry! :)

... Not so happy when it comes to the New Year and my jeans no longer fit. The dreaded fine line between treating yourself and losing all control!
